ABOUT

A natural desire to serve others has prompted my career in massage therapy. After graduating with degrees in Psychology and Philosophy I decided to merge my interest in the human psyche with my passion for health and wellness. I completed my CMT training under a Somatics program, where students learned to bridge the gap between mind and body by facilitating an integrative model of bodywork. With an intuitive approach, I am inspired to assist others along their healing journey by creating unique individualized sessions. I enjoy blending Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Lymphatic and Vibrational Healing Massage. My work is backed by the intention of clearing physical or energetic blocks, in order to bring optimal flow of energy for the body’s return to homeostasis. If clients desire, a session can be deepened with sound therapy tools called tuning forks - bringing balance to body, mind, & spirit. Please choose this option as “add-on’s” in the service menu when booking.

MY APPROACH

An innate desire to transform, heal, and rise above life’s hurdles has not only inspired my path in holistic health and wellness, but sparked a knowing that we are here to facilitate that growth in others, not only self. Once stepping into massage therapy and bodywork in my early 20’s, it felt as if I had finally landed into a familiar place and path. My esoteric mystery schooling, as I like to describe it, catapulted me in a direction I now see as ever-evolving and deeply transformative. I am honored to be of service in the field of bodywork and healing, and look forward to sharing the knowledge that has been passed to me through my teachings.

I stand true in knowing that the body is designed to self-heal, and that through deep inner and outer work we can transmute blockages in order to function at our optimal levels - both physically and spiritually. My practice is rooted in a holistic approach, offering a space for a variety of advanced massage modalities, sound therapies, and somatic integration according to a clients goals and needs. Adopting an Eagle Eye’s view - getting out of our own way - and letting the body-mind do its innate “work” to regain homeostasis, can be our best medicine.

I look forward to supporting my clients on their healing journeys, and prompting the question of: How ready and how willing are you to step into your path and awaken your highest potential?
