Sound Therapy $20
Integration of tools called tuning forks are used where therapeutic sound naturally corrects imbalances in the biomagnetic field, bringing one to a more coherent state on subtle levels. These tools stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to promote deep relaxation, which in turn assists our innate self-healing processes. Clients report feeling more energized, balanced, and clear after sessions. Because frequency can re-set rhythms of the body, tuning forks are not recommended for those with pacemakers or who are pregnant.
PRENATAL $10
Therapeutic massage that will focus on the needs of the mother to be. Additional props and supports will be utilized to allow comfort and ease for stomach-lying or side lying positions. Relieve mental and physical fatigue by nurturing yourself along your pregnancy journey.
Cupping therapy $20
Integration of cupping tools will be added throughout your session. Strategically placed along meridian lines of the body to increase the flow of Chi, and/or target areas of muscular tension. These tools work to increase lymphatic and blood flow while decreasing pain and inflammation. Help yourself to rid of stagnant muscle tension while receiving a detox as well.
AROMA TOUCH $10
Your choice of a selection of therapeutic grade essential oils added throughout your session. Strategically placing the oils along points which help to maximize absorption, will assist the healing properties to enhance physical and emotional health.

Looking for a complete reset? This comprehensive package will tailor an entire 2 hour rejuvenating session to meet your needs physically, mentally, and spiritually. Beginning with a thorough check-in, this session will incorporate intention setting, breath work and visualization as well as integrate sound therapy tools and essential oils. Additional energy balancing and sound therapies will be included at the close of the session, leaving you feeling aligned body mind and spirit.
